In continuation of the previous official notification (Ref. No. E-383723/974 dated 25 June 2025), the Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has announced the 2nd Phase of Physical Document Verification for candidates who have successfully completed the online application process.
This verification is being conducted for recruitment to the posts of Regular Teachers in Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) Schools, as per the earlier advertisements (Advt. No. 383723/117 & 383723/124 dated 26 December 2023).
All eligible applicants who uploaded the necessary documents online are hereby informed to attend the second phase of physical verification as per the official schedule.

Applicants are required to bring original copies and one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
Printout of Online Application Form
Admit Card/Call Letter for Document Verification
HSLC/10th Admit Card and Marksheet (for proof of age)
Higher Secondary Marksheet and Certificate
Professional Qualification Certificates (e.g., D.El.Ed., B.Ed.)
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
PwD Certificate (if applicable)
Any other document mentioned in the call letter
